Rob Lewis, CEO
Rob brings a wealth of leadership experience to NORA, with over 28 years in general management roles across the transportation and aviation industries. He has held senior positions at esteemed organizations such as Pentastar Aviation, where he served as CEO, leading operations for a Part 135 aircraft operator, air ambulance services, and a network of FBOs. His expertise spans diverse areas, including private jet charter, pilot training, jet fuel logistics, and aerial firefighting, cultivated through roles like SVP Supply at Sentient Jet and VP & GM of the Aircrane Division at Erickson Inc.
Rob's foundation in strategic leadership was shaped early on through his tenure at Deloitte Consulting in the Transportation Practice and as a Submarine Officer aboard the USS Alaska during his time in the U.S. Navy.
A dedicated professional with a strong educational background, Rob holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in Physics from the United States Naval Academy. Beyond his management acumen, he is an instrument-rated private pilot with over 1,200 flight hours and experience as an aircraft owner, reflecting his deep connection to the aviation industry.
Residing in Fort Worth, Texas, Rob is preparing to relocate to St. Charles, Illinois, to join NORA’s headquarters. His family reflects a shared commitment to service, with two adult children who are both veterans pursuing advanced education and trade expertise.

His focus is on upholding the company’s stellar reputation while spearheading growth into new markets and expanding its service offerings. Outside of his professional life, Rob enjoys running, learning Italian, and attending country music concerts, embodying a well-rounded and energetic approach to life and leadership
