Patrick Jones, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer for NORA, Pat is responsible for leading and managing the complete finance function, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial and management reporting, accounting, and controls. Pat's objective is to build and maintain a finance function that is a partner to all functions of NORA. Pat is excited to join NORA and be part of a team that provides life-changing transportation services to the organ donation community.

Previous to NORA, Pat served as CFO/Operating Partner for Atlantic Street Capital. Prior to Atlantic Street Capital, Pat served as CFO for various private equity-backed and venture capital-back companies. For his accomplishments as CFO, Pat was awarded the CFO of the Year by the Financial Executives International Club of Chicago. Pat graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Magna Cum Laude and earned a Master’s Degree from Indiana University.
In his personal time, Pat enjoys spending time with his family through travel and coaching youth sports. He also serves on several community boards.
