Matt Van Dril

Matt Van Dril is a dynamic Training Supervisor at Nationwide Organ Recovery and Transport Alliance (NORA), bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to his role. Matt embarked on his journey with NORA in July of 2021, initially serving as a Transportation Coordinator. His exceptional skills and commitment to excellence led to rapid advancements within the organization.

Within a short span, Matt's contributions were recognized, and he was promoted to Lead Transportation Coordinator in April of 2022, showcasing his leadership capabilities. Further demonstrating his commitment to growth and development, Matt earned another promotion in July of 2022, assuming the role of Dispatch Supervisor.

Matt's academic background includes studying Communications at Southern Illinois University Carbondale from 2007 to 2011. During his time at SIUC, he was not only dedicated to his studies but also showcased his athleticism as a valuable member of the football team. Matt's football journey spanned from 2007 to 2012, earning him a Three-Year Letter Winner distinction. Notably, he was part of the 2007 team that reached the final four and contributed to two conference championship playoff teams in 2008 and 2009.

Beyond his professional and academic achievements, Matt is a devoted family man. He married Emily in 2018, who is an Elementary School Teacher. Their family expanded with the arrival of their daughter, Hayden, in May of 2023. In his cherished moments away from work, Matt enjoys quality time with his family and dogs, relishing outdoor activities. An avid gym enthusiast, Matt seamlessly balances his professional success with a fulfilling personal life, embodying a holistic approach to well-rounded living.
