Kimberly Searfoorce

A Human Resources (“HR”) professional for over 25 years, Kimberly Searfoorce holds a JD from the Santa Clara University School of Law, as well as a BA in English from the University of Colorado Boulder. Originally from Waterloo, Iowa, Kimberly now resides in Denver, Colorado.

After law school, Kimberly focused exclusively on employment law for the first eight of her twenty years at a Colorado-based employer’s association. After that, she shifted her focus to leadership development and effective communication. Kimberly has facilitated hundreds of workplace training sessions on a range of HR, employment law and leadership subjects.

Kimberly originally joined NORA as a HR Consultant in August 2023 and was thrilled to be officially invited to Holly Payne’s team in March. As the Senior HR Business Partner, she guides NORA leaders and team members through workplace concerns and communication challenges. Kimberly’s goal is to balance HR compliance and employee support to further business strategy. She is proud to be part of a mission-driven organization, where the focus remains on NORA’s life-saving work.

An intermittent marathoner and zealous Chicago Cubs fan, she is the mother of three humans and two canines, Wrigley and Sydney.
