As Vice President of Technology at NORA, Hiram is responsible for leading strategy and oversight for all aspects of NORA’s technology and integrated solutions. His initial focus includes creating a comprehensive technology roadmap, streamlining systems and processes, and actively engaging with customers to understand and address their needs. Hiram is dedicated to driving innovation and ensuring that NORA stays at the forefront of technological advancements.
Originally from Chicago, Hiram brings over 25 years of diverse experience in corporate finance, operations, and technology. His career includes significant roles at leading companies such as Ford Motor Company, International Trucks, Navistar, and Navistar Defense. In these roles, Hiram has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a talent for integrating technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Hiram’s holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois, a Master of Information Systems from Keller University, and an Executive Certification in Product Life Cycle Management from the University of North Carolina. His academic achievements reflect his commitment to continuous learning and his expertise in leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Hiram is actively involved in his community. He serves as the IT Commissioner for the Village of Bolingbrook, where he’s involved in the implementation of technology initiatives aimed at improving public services and community engagement.
