Erik Rohde, Senior Vice President of Operations
Erik, as Senior Vice President of Operations at NORA, assumes leadership over the ground, air, and dispatch operational facets. With a career that has taken him across various regions in the United States, Erik brings a wealth of experience to his role at NORA. His journey began as a police officer outside of Boston and transitioned into ground and air emergency medical services, where he accumulated over three decades of field and management experience. Erik's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Houston - Bauer College of Business.
Before joining NORA, Erik held significant positions in well-known organizations, including serving as the President of the Southeast Region for Global Medical Response until April of 2024 and previously as the Vice President of Operations for American Medical Response. These roles underscore Erik's proven leadership abilities and his ability to drive organizational success.
