Erik Rohde, Senior Vice President of Operations

As Senior Vice President of Operations at NORA, Erik leads the organization’s ground, air, and dispatch operations. His focus is on building a strong, unified operations framework that promotes consistency, efficiency, and excellence across the NORA network. By collaborating closely with field and dispatch teams, Erik works to uphold the highest standards in safety, quality, service and financial performance for both internal teams and external partners.

Erik brings over 30 years of experience in emergency medical services and public safety. His career began as a police officer outside of Boston before transitioning into clinical and leadership roles in the air and ground EMS industry.  Prior to joining NORA, he served as President of the Southeast Region for Global Medical Response and Vice President of Operations for American Medical Response.

Erik holds a Bachelor of Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business.
