Chris Eaves, Director of Base Implementation
Chris Eaves, a native of New Roads, Louisiana, and current resident of Mandeville, Louisiana, brings a lifelong commitment to community service to his role as Director of Base Implementation at NORA. With a career spanning over 30 years in emergency services, Chris's journey began at the age of 16 when he joined his hometown fire department as a volunteer Jr. fireman. Recognizing his calling to help others, he later pursued a career as a paramedic at the age of 22, dedicating nearly three decades to serving his community.

In early 2019, Chris joined NORA as the local supervisor for the Covington base where his dedication to personal advancement and passion for NORA's mission quickly propelled him to the position of Director of Louisiana Operations in October of the same year. Recognized for his willingness and commitment, Chris was called upon to play a pivotal role in expanding NORA's presence across the United States. In his current role as Director of Base Implementation, Chris assists with the opening of new bases and plays a role in training new base leadership.
His mission is to instill in them the same passion for NORA and its impactful mission that has been a driving force throughout his career. The rapid growth of NORA underscores Chris's success, leading to his promotion to Director of Base Implementation, allowing him to devote his time entirely to spreading his passion for NORA, and advancing its vital mission nationwide. Chris Eaves continues to be a beacon of leadership, dedication, and compassion within the NORA community.
